Naked Malt 70Cl

Naked Malt is a smooth and fruity liquid, with a hint of spice. Much of this flavour is developed from the first-fill sherry casks used when extra-maturing. Using a higher proportion of American oak, developing the sweet, vanilla, buttery, fruit flavours. A smaller proportion of European casks are also used to bring in the dried fruit and spice character. Tasting notes Nose: Dried fruits, raisins, vanilla, orange zest, honey, toasted oak, and baking spices. Palate: Rich sherry sweetness, toffee, honey, dried fruits, raspberry jam, vanilla custard, and gentle oak spice. Finish: Medium-length with spicy oak, cocoa, lingering dried fruit, warming baking spices, and a subtle hint of smoke on the tail.
