Distilled at Cooley Distillery and matured for fifteen years in an oloroso sherry cask, this is single grain Irish whiskey at its most generous. Where the 2023 caskshare release showed the lighter, spiced side of Cooley's grain spirit, fifteen years in oloroso has taken things in an altogether richer direction - dried fruit, dark chocolate, and the deep walnut warmth that only a well-seasoned sherry cask can give.
