The Lotus C-01 is a limited-edition superbike conceived as a collectible work of mobility design, blending retro-futurist bodywork with uncompromising performance. Designed by Daniel Simon and hand-built in Germany by Kodewa-PMC, its sculptural carbon-fibre silhouette encloses a 1,195 cc V-twin engine producing approximately 200 hp. Limited to just 100 examples, the C-01 transforms the visual language of Lotus motorsport into a road-going machine. The Artist Daniel Simon is a German concept designer internationally recognised for his visionary approach to vehicles, technology and cinematic mobility. His work moves between automotive design and speculative fiction, combining technically credible engineering with bold, futuristic forms. For the C-01, Simon translated the Lotus philosophy of lightness, performance and visual purity into a motorcycle with a timeless yet unmistakably forward-looking identity.
