Honduras Finca Sendero de Luz

Sendero de Luz is an association of farmers from the El Playón region of Honduras. This combined approach to selling coffee frees members to focus on quality production, while the association facilitates administration and negotiation for fair pricing they might not obtain on their own. Honduras continues to expand as a specialty coffee origin, and we are excited to present yet another example. Expect warm notes of pecan and toffee evocative of coffee liquor, with a mellow tart finish. Region: Comayagua, Honduras Process: Natural Varietal: Catuai Altitude: 1600 masl.
