Each day is dedicated to unlocking and balancing one energy center—from root stability ( Muladhara) to cosmic realization ( Sahasrara)—through authentic Hatha yoga, deep lectures, and guided subtle energy practices. Sacred Cacao & Kirtan Ceremony at a Local Cacao Farm (Nov 22): Open your heart space ( Anahata) in nature. We’ll gather in an organic cacao farm for a ceremonial cacao ritual paired with joyful devotional chanting (Kirtan) to ground our energy and lift our collective vibration. Temple Pilgrimages & Culture (Nov 23-24): Walk through ancient Chiang Mai temples, soak in sacred mountain energies, and connect deeply with Thailand’s rich spiritual heritage.
