Replacement 13-inch tire for the Arwibon MT30 electric scooter. This tire is designed for the corresponding MT30 wheel size and can be used to replace a worn, cracked, damaged, or heavily used original tire. Remove the Wheel Turn the scooter off and place it securely on a repair stand. Remove the wheel axle hardware with the correct tools. If removing the motor wheel, disconnect the motor cable carefully before taking the wheel away from the scooter. Keep all washers and spacers in their original order. 2. Deflate the Tire Remove the valve cap and release all air pressure. Make sure the tire is fully deflated before removing it from the rim. 3. Remove the Old Tire Push both tire beads toward the center of the rim. Use tire levers to lift one side of the tire over the rim edge. Work gradually around the wheel until the tire can be removed. Avoid damaging the rim, valve, or inner tube if the wheel uses a tube-type setup. Tire Installation 1. Check the New Tire Before installation, compare the new tire with the original. Check: Tire diameter Tire width Sidewall markings Tread direction Rim fit Do not install the tire if the size marking is different. 2. Mount the Tire Place one side of the tire bead onto the rim. Install the inner tube correctly if required, making sure it is not twisted. Fit the second bead into the rim slowly. Do not pinch the inner tube between the tire bead and rim. 3. Inflate the Tire Check that the tire bead is seated evenly around the rim. Inflate the tire gradually to the pressure specified for your scooter or tire. Stop immediately if the bead starts to rise unevenly from the rim. Reinstall the Wheel Put the wheel back into its original position. Reinstall the axle, spacers, washers, and fasteners in the same order as removal. Reconnect the motor cable if applicable. Make sure the wheel is centered and rotates freely.
