This 72% dark chocolate bar is made with 'B6' cacao from Cacao Betulia is Maceo, Antioquia, Colombia. It features almost 100% white beans resulting in a light color chocolate rich in caramel notes. Primary notes of butterscotch, subtle toasted macadamia and herbs. The texture is smooth and firm with a clean, professional snap.
