Bright, bursting Bing cherry, strawberry preserves, violets, hints of creme and cedar. Palate is smooth and red-berried, gentle with rounded cream and brightened by fresh acidity. The first French release is this Gamay Saint-Romain (playfully named Gamé) made in collaboration with Romain Paire, a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in the Côte Roannaise and one of today’s leading ambassadors of Gamay Saint-Romain.
