Simultaneous Sweater The Simultaneous Sweater is a blast to make and sure to turn heads!🤩 A tantalizing opportunity for color play resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece, Simultaneous is inspired by a vintage ski hat found in the back of a closet. The name is a little nod to ALL the things knitters track ALL at once while working on projects.📝🧶 It’s also a reference to simultaneous contrast color theory; it is the perfect project is to explore color relationships and how colors shift based on what colors are nearby.🌈✨ The Simultaneous Sweater is a top down knit worked in four colors. This project is an opportunity to explore how colors affect each other when placed side by side. The sweater features compound raglan shaping, a striped all over colorwork pattern and unique angled sleeve shaping. The colorwork is mostly worked in the round, but there are some short rows at the beginning of the pattern that are worked flat. Sample shown is size 2 on a 35” bust with 2” of positive ease.
