This is a private session, any public sessions taking place will be under events Cacao & Sound is a deeply restorative 2-hour experience combining ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, connection practice and therapeutic sound. Held by two practitioners, this session is designed to support relaxation, heart connection, emotional softening and nervous system restoration. It is a space to slow down, be held, receive sound, connect with the cacao and return to yourself. Ceremonial cacao is often used as a heart-opening plant medicine, supporting reflection, emotional awareness, connection and gentle inner clarity. Paired with sound, meditation and stillness, it creates a beautiful space for release, rest and reconnection. What to Expect Your session will begin with a warm cup of cacao and time to settle into the space. You will then be guided into connection with the cacao through intention setting, meditation and gentle reflection, plus the true history of the plant. This allows you to slow down, listen inwardly and connect with what you may be holding emotionally, energetically or spiritually. The sound element will then support the body into deeper rest, using therapeutic vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system, soften tension and create space for emotional release. The session will close gently, with time to return, ground and integrate your experience before leaving.
