Calypso — Complex fruity & citrusy aroma with notes of pear, apple, sweet lemon-lime, and earthy tea. Hallertau Blanc — Floral & fruity with passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, grape & lemongrass overtones. Alpha Acid ~9.0–12.0%. Chinook (US) — High-alpha variety from Washington, developed by the USDA breeding program and released in 1985. Cascade — Medium-intense floral, citrus & grapefruit tones. Alpha Acid ~4.5–7.0%. Citra — One of the most recognized and used flavor and aroma hops since its 2008 release. Mt. Hood — Mild, herbal & somewhat pungent or spicy. Alpha Acid ~4.0–8.0%. East Kent Golding — The queen of English hops, with a pedigree dating back to 1790. Tettnang — Traditional German variety; a fine, noble aroma hop used for lagers, wheat beers & ales. Summit — Distinct spice, earth, onion, garlic & citrus tones. Alpha Acid ~16.0–19.0%. Northern Brewer — Medium-intense herbal & floral tone. Alpha Acid ~7.0–10.0%.
