PDM mixes with water on its own as a protein drink, and it also stirs into a Formula 1 shake when you are mixing with water instead of milk. A typical time is mid-morning or mid-afternoon, as a protein drink between meals. You can also add it to a Formula 1 shake mixed with water, if you want a thicker, higher-protein shake. Use one canister at a time and keep the spare sealed, cool and dry. Follow the label on the tub.
