A compact dwarf cichlid with brilliant golden colour and elegant flowing fins The Longfin Golden Balloon Ram is a striking selectively bred variety of the popular German Blue Ram, combining a rounded balloon body shape with vibrant golden-yellow colouration and extended flowing fins. Its compact size, bright appearance, and graceful movement make it a beautiful centrepiece fish for smaller tropical aquariums. These Rams thrive in warm, stable, well-maintained water and appreciate planted aquariums with hiding places, gentle flow, and open areas for swimming. They are generally peaceful but can become territorial when pairing or breeding, so suitable tank mates and plenty of cover are important.
