Named for its silvery backed leaves and buds which produce a shimmering pale apricot cup with floral notes and a mild stone fruit flavour offset by a subtle spiciness. Grown for over 100 years in the southeast Chinese high mountains and traditionally hand plucked, this tea is fermented for a very short time to preservice its 'green soul'.
