Kids Workshop - Build A Name Plaque July 8th 10am
Create a personalised ceramic name plaque that’s perfect for a bedroom door, wall, or special keepsake. Seating available for a +1 of the child only. In this fun and creative workshop, children will design, build, and decorate their very own ceramic name plaque using real clay. Participants will learn simple hand-building techniques as they shape their letters, arrange decorative elements, and bring their design to life with colourful glazes. From flowers and animals to favourite colours and creative patterns, every plaque is completely unique and reflects each child’s personality and imagination. Our friendly instructors will guide children through each step of the process, making it easy and enjoyable for beginners. No previous experience is required, and all materials are included. At the end of the session, plaques will remain at Shaka Pottery to be professionally fired and glazed. Finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 3–4 weeks after the workshop.
