It is fully functional, with only a few minor cosmetic imperfections typical of general use: Lid & Bottom Case: A few scuffs / scratch marks TrackPad: Very slight shine to the trackpad, it works just fine and has been cleaned Palmrest: Very minor faint scuffs Screen: A few tiny faint white blemishes to the lower left and a couple to the right, more visible on a bright white background as shown in the above product video These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance or usability. Please review the pictures and videos for a detailed view of the laptop’s condition Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning The internal fan has been removed cleaned, hoovered then new thermal paste applied to the heatsink, fan re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills and sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working. Battery This model has 1 x 57Wh Internal battery Windows has indicated 8:55 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the batteries for 1:30 hours after which Windows indicated 8:07 hours remaining @ 86% The battery also shows good health @ 87.1% and good capacity This will vary depending on usage and settings and is an indication only I offer no guarantees on the battery as it is a used consumable item.
