Knepp Longhorn Bresaola - IFFLEY ROAD

Made using organically reared Longhorn cattle from the Knepp Estate and rubbed with local herbs before air drying. The Knepp Rewilding Project in West Sussex is a pioneering ecological restoration initiative. Over two decades, abandoned, intensive dairy farmland has been transformed into a dynamic biodiversity hotspot using free-roaming herbivores to drive natural habitat regeneration. Ingredients – beef, bay, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, dextrose, red wine (contains sulphites), sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
