T O R M O R E Speyside single malt Cask #170453 1st fill New charred oak hogshead (4 yr 2nd maturation) Distilled October 2014 10 years old 57.2% /70 cl 300 bottles Nose: There’s lots of toasted coconut on the nose, it’s still fresh and inviting though Palate: A little freshly cracked black pepper and good mouthcoating texture keeps the juicy barley moving. There’s more coconut and now warm, toasted nuts. Finish: Warming and long lasting. The finish in new charred oak brings a grippy tannin but there’s sweetness from a touch of honey and citrus. Very tasty!
