(1) Certified Angus Beef® Prime brisket, (2) racks of Perini Ranch USA Prime Pork Baby Back Ribs (3) lbs of our signature Beef Sausage with Green Chile. Add to that a jar of our bold BBQ sauce and you have the premier Texas BBQ Line-Up at your ready with no effort! NEW SPLIT BRISKETS AVAILABLE! You can now choose if you’d like your brisket whole or split into two halves. This is perfect for smaller crowds and smaller meals. Our split brisket is split vertically after cooking and each half individually vacuum sealed. This allows both the point and the flat (or commonly known as the fatty and lean, with each half). The packaging makes it simple to eat half now and save half in your freezer for another celebration, especially if you are a smaller crowd. Each brisket (whether whole or split) is approximately 5 pounds and feed approximately 15 people.
