COOK & EAT FROM POUCH 10 Minutes Add 200ml boiling water to the meal pouch, stir thoroughly, then zip seal and wait for 5 minutes. Stir again, and if needed, reseal the pouch and wait for another 5 minutes. Please note: Some larger beef chunks may take a little longer to rehydrate.
