A striking Art Deco era ring, hand fabricated in platinum, whose primary gem is a natural, step cut emerald. This vibrant, deep-green emerald is held in a smooth, low-profile bezel, where it is framed by a glittery, old-single-cut diamond surround. Rows of further bead-set, single cut diamonds decorate the ring's domed shoulders, while a hand-pierced motif of fans and scrolling forms decorates its gallery. The ring's half round shank is slender and it tapers toward the base. We love this old darling for its crisp, angular design, and for its beautiful construction. It would make a wonderful anniversary or engagement ring! This ring is set with 11 diamonds on each shoulder and 22 in the halo. These are somewhat unusual numbers for a diamond count and they are auspicious numbers, if you are interested in numerology!
