The Lang Jawoll Supwerwash is a sock wool classic; tried, tested and approved for many years. This yarn is composed of merino wool and includes a bobbin of heel re-enforcement polyamide thread in the centre to strengthen heels and toes, lengthening the life of your socks! Composition: 75% Wool / 25% polyamide Meterage: 210m / 229.5 yds Weight: 50 g / 1 oz. ¾ Ply: 4 ply / US Fingering weight or Sock / UK 2-3 ply Needle size: 2.5 - 3.5mm / US 1.5-4 / UK 12 - 10 Knit tension: 30 sts x 41 rows per 10cm/4" Care instructions: Machine washable at 40°C/104°F / Do not bleach / Dry flat in low heat / Iron on low heat setting / use detergent for fine wash without softener Made in Italy We always recommend hand washing your knit or crocheted items for longevity, but if machine washing, then use a gentle/wool/delicates cycle in a wash bag and lay flat to dry.
