Ukrainian Golden Ale

This beer ingredient kit is inspired by the spirit of the Ukrainian people. Ukrainian Golden Ale is a style that developed early this century when Vasyl Mykulin the well-travelled owner of a brewpub in Donetsk called Yusivska Pivovarnya encouraged his brewer, Dmytro Nekrasov to work outside of his comfort zone of traditional German styles. Taking cues from Belgian styles it is a medium strength fruity/spicy ale with a distinctive yellow-orange color, highly carbonated, well hopped, and dry with a quenching acidity. Only the highest quality ingredients and are assembled when you order so they contain the freshest possible ingredients. Yeast, bottle caps, and priming sugar are sold separately. Each kit makes 5 gallons.
