Medium to strong body, dark roasted to produce a rich winey flavour and a mellow smooth mouthfeel. Kenya coffee is hand-picked, then graded according to its parchment weight, fermented for 24 to 48 hrs to give it a rich flavor, washed then sun dried on elevated mesh tables before milling. Kenya has the right balance of flavour, acidity and body, perfect for filter, plunger or cold brewing.
