It is here, among the vines of DA Ranch Vineyard, that we'll set the table for our first gathering on this remarkable estate. The vineyard's unique combination of elevation, climate, and rugged beauty has helped establish the Verde Valley as one of the Southwest's most exciting emerging wine regions. Guests will dine surrounded by the very vines that define this distinctive Arizona terroir, experiencing the landscape through both the setting and the meal. Leading the field kitchen is guest chef Lisa Dahl, the pioneering force behind Sedona's celebrated dining scene. A self-taught chef and two-time James Beard House-featured guest chef, Dahl has spent decades championing bold, ingredient-driven cuisine inspired by the American Southwest. For this evening, she and her team will craft a menu that reflects the season and the agricultural abundance of the region. As the sun lowers behind the mountains and golden light settles across the vineyard, the table will gather amid the vines for an evening that celebrates Arizona agriculture, wine, and the enduring connection between landscape and flavor.
