COLOR STORY: Eco-Print No. 133 is a living canvas. It is an artistic expression of painterly brushstrokes, where natural pigments and flower petals merge to bring the palette to life. The slow-crafted process begins by painting deliberate, flowing strokes of rich Cutch pigment directly onto the fabric. Next, we gently place dried petals gathered from tulips, peonies, roses, and marigolds. Finally, a dusting of ground Sappan Wood and Primrose is sprinkled to add the finishing touch. The fabric is then carefully rolled and steamed, allowing the heat to coax the abstract palette of patterns into the silk. The resulting eco-prints are soft yet strikingly raw, alluring, and beautifully varied. No two ribbons are exactly alike. Each piece is an authentic expression of the natural materials used to create this unique ribbon.
