Fermented for a minimum of six months, Mill City Red delivers deep flavor, balanced heat, and the complexity that comes from time and local ingredients. Uses: Made for oysters, but also a chicken sandwich or eggs' best friend, and throw out the ketchup and use Mill City Red in all of applications.
