I used to play a game as a child: Imagining our landscapes forming from the planet’s beginning till now. Rocks tumbling, earthcrusts sliding and crumbling. Platoux eroding by rivers and lava streams steaming. Oceans contracting, expanding, forests appearing and vanishing.
