Rooster Rojo Tequila Blanco - 100% Agave - 750ml

Rooster Rojo Blanco is produced by using only 100% Blue Weber agave. It comes from Los altos de Jalisco. The pinas are cut in parts and then cooked with steam for 10 hours. Special yeasts are then inoculated to start the fermentation from the juice. It lasts for up to 72 hours, after which the liquid is distilled. Double pot distillation is done in stainless steel pots. The filtration is done with water that was filtered through Mexican silver. This makes the drink soft and smooth.
