Raw, spicy, unpasteurised, classic kimchi, bursting with probiotics, prebiotics and all that good stuff. Handmade in small batches in Clapton in East London, only ever using 10 completely natural ingredients. It can be eaten with just about anything. Add it to your favourite ramen, lovely added to a grilled cheese sandwich, or simply as an accompaniment to a plate of cheese and biscuits. Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, daikon, spring onion, carrot, gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), fresh ginger, fresh garlic, sea salt, FISH sauce, soft brown sugar. Allergen advice: contains FISH. Kimchi is full of probiotics, vitamins and minerals, that promote immune system function. Kimchi is loaded with vitamins A, B, and C, but its biggest benefit may be in its "healthy bacteria" called lactobacilli, found in fermented foods like kimchi and yogurt.
