Introduction to Bread Making 16th September 2026
Our Bread Making Course is a hands-on full day baking experience, and a perfect introduction for anyone new to the art of bread baking. During the course you will get stuck in and learn a variety of leavening, kneading and shaping techniques whilst producing breads including Classic Cob/Tin Loaves, Soda Bread, Pizza Dough and Chelsea Buns. The workshop will be led by Chris Holister: Chris is an experienced Artisan baker, with expertise in viennoiserie and natural fermentation breads. Location: Bakery - Shipton Mill, Bridge Road, Frampton on Severn, GL2 7HE Time: the day will start at 09.30am and run to 3.30pm. Booking: Book online.
