Gullane No 1 Course

My father enjoyed playing golf at the golf village, Gullane. Gullane No 1 Course boasts commanding views of the surrounding area. I recall going there myself back in 1995 to get reference for one of my dad’s paintings, soaking in the grandness of the course. My own connections to the village of Gullane go further still. I had two exhibitions of my own paintings at the Gullane Gallery back in 2015 and 2016. One of my paintings featured was the nearby Preston Mill. My dad and I both painted this picturesque mill. This stunning original oil painting is titled “Hilltop and Kirklands” and features the 17th & 18th holes of No 1 course.
