Engine Gin (750ml) is an Italian, organic small-batch craft gin famously packaged in an eye-catching motor oil-style tin. It is distilled in the Alta Langa region using 100% Italian ingredients, including sage, Sicilian lemon, licorice root, Damask rose, and Tuscan juniper. Nose: Fresh and highly aromatic, leading with notes of sage, citrus, and a crisp pine/juniper backbone. Palate: Herbaceous and citrus-forward. The strong presence of sage and lemon balances beautifully against a soft, subtly sweet finish of licorice and rose.
