An almond wrapped in almond. Two chocolates, two expressions. The inner layer is unroasted almond and vanilla bean—marzipan, delicate, what the almond is before heat. The outer layer is roasted almond, cocoa butter, sugar and salt—deep, warm, what it becomes. Slow-roasted and caramelised whole almonds sit at the centre, treated with the same obsessive care.
