Coffee Butter - Made with Coddiwomple Coffee from Lodi, Wis. Crafted with single-origin green coffee beans aged in Wollersheim Bourbon barrels for two weeks. When roasted, the bourbon evaporates, leaving layers of bourbon flavor. The combination of coffee and butter highlights the natural sweetness of the butter, balanced with a touch of maple and finished with salt to tie it all together. Amazing on French toast or pancakes, and equally at home in a sweet potato hash, root vegetable puree, mole sauce, or even a perfectly cooked steak.
