Domaine Moreau Naudet Chablis 2024 is a biodynamic, site driven Chardonnay from Chablis in Burgundy, sourced from organically farmed 20 to 30 year old vines across Préhy, Courgis and Chichée, and shaped by a low intervention approach that prioritises balance and natural tension. Tasting notes open with lemon, white peach and ripe green apple, followed by crushed stone, subtle flint and a faint saline lift. The palate is more generous than classic lean Chablis, showing layered stone fruit and citrus over a line of razor sharp acidity, with lees derived texture giving quiet depth through the mid palate. Style wise this is modern Chablis with traditional technique, combining ripeness, precision and a mineral driven finish. Best with oysters, sashimi or simple grilled seafood.
