By extending the developmental portion of the roast, our roaster has perfected a dark roast that increases both the body and finish of the coffee. Feels heavy on the tongue and leaves each sip with notes of walnut. Approachable yet complex; excellent for drip and/or espresso. This 5-pound bag is for super-fans of this delicious coffee.
