Yes. The diamond-reinforced non-stick coating contains no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE. What temperature can it handle? Oven-safe up to 230 °C (446 °F), including the silicone grips. Can I put it in the dishwasher? Yes — the pan is dishwasher-safe. For maximum coating life we still recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge. Will sourdough and wet doughs leak?
