Pork leaf lard
Pork leaf lard from our farm's heritage pigs. Lard is wonderful for pie crusts, pan frying, and subbing for oil with a neutral flavor. Fried chicken, homemade tenderloins, and delicious pan-fried veggies are some of our favorites. Containers are ~0.6 - 0.8 lbs. each. Frozen.
