Yamadanishiki rice is lovingly cultivated by the Toji Iwasaki-san along with a small team of brewers, on a field just adjacent to the brewery, on land passed down through many generations. The results are astounding, providing a voluptuous & silky mouthfeel with great intensity on the mid-palate with hints of anise & light spice.
