Indie Füde Copeland Gin Berry Jam

Our Copeland Gin Berry Jam is born from a collaboration between our friends at Craic foods and our friends Copeland Distillery in Donaghadee. This small-batch jam is infused with Copeland’s Rhuberry Gin, which lends its signature notes of fresh rhubarb and local berries to the preserve. The result is a vibrant, sophisticated jam that balances the tartness of the fruit with the botanical, juniper-led warmth of the gin. While it is a breakfast favourite on buttery scones, its refined flavour profile makes it a standout accompaniment for a cheeseboard, particularly when paired with soft, creamy cheeses like Tipperary Brie or even a sharp, aged cheddar.
