The everyday rafter square that opens when you need it — like putting the car in 4×4. Closed, it works exactly like the rafter square in your apron. Open, it straddles 1½″–2″ stock and marks both sides in one motion for quicker, more accurate layout — and a clean line on boards with wane or rough edges. Marks hip / valley and common cuts, scribe marks. Made in USA from a proprietary HIP blend by Peter Toomey.
