Contains the Soviet core ideology text: Under the Banner of Marx-Engels-Leninsm lead by the Communist Party. Forward onto victory of Communism. This would have been hung in factories, governmental buildings (Schools, Goverment, Army, Hospital, Farms etc). Paraded during Victory Day, Day of the Revolution. It features Marx, Lenin, the Hammer and Sickle, ornamental rim, golden letters and trim.
