Reproduction 1940's Novelty Print Cotton Day Dress - Tropical Themed Print - Bust 37 *

This pretty day dress was made using original 1940's fabric and a 1940's pattern. It was not made by me. The fabric is medium weight, smooth weave cotton with a fun tropical novelty print of flowers and postcards. The bodice has a fitted waist panel with gathers at the bust and features a sweetheart neckline. The skirt is hop skimming and it fastens with an 11" metal side zip. A great piece for the summer. Measurements The dress will best fit a 37-29-42 but to ensure it will fit you properly, please compare the measurements below to a similar piece you already own; Fla bust 19" Flat waist 15" Flat hip 23" Sleeve opening 7" Shoulder to waist 15.5" Shoulder to hem 41.5" with 1.5" hem allowance - dropping the hem may show Circumference of skirt at hem 66" Condition Very good, only appears to have been lightly worn.
