OxiPOWER was developed as part of the ÉLAN × ASIA brow lightening system. Formulated with a balanced composition, OxiPOWER ensures a smooth, stable mixture when combined with all Elan eyebrow оxidation tints or bleaching powders. This allows for even application and promotes deep pigment penetration into the hair structure, resulting in rich, long-lasting colour with a clean, uniform finish. Its reliable performance makes it an essential product for achieving precise and predictable brow lightening and colouring outcomes. For optimal results within the ÉLAN × ASIA system, OxiPOWER must be used in combination with BrowLIGHT eyebrow lightening cream. Please note that this oxidant is for eyebrow procedures and must not be used for eyelash tinting.
