Apricot & pumpkin seed loaf
We've used wholegrain flours to make our own flour blend for this loaf & we've studded it with dried apricots and pumpkin seeds - it is delicious and nutritious! Delicious lightly toasted, slathered with butter or in sandwiches too – to be enjoyed as a sweet or savoury bread. This one goes particularly well with cheese, pâtés and also cold meats. Ingredients: millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, apricots, sulphites, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, salt.
