The Kelly 35 Picnic returns to the full size of the original 2011 Picnic, with the body woven in osier and framed in Nata Swift, a creamy vanilla calfskin, in place of the first edition's Barenia. Two crafts build each bag: a basket weaver shapes the wicker body, and a leather artisan frames it. Nata keeps the bag light in tone against the natural willow, and palladium hardware adds a cool note. At 35 cm the Picnic is a true day bag rather than an evening piece. Collector's Insight: The Picnic began at 35 cm, and while the Kelly 20 Mini Picnic has been the more common size in recent years, this example returns to the original scale. Nata Swift gives it a lighter, cleaner look than the original's Barenia, without Barenia's patina.
