LIMITED RELEASE We took some of our fruity organic Galega and gently cold-smoked it using real applewood. The result is a delicious sweet olive oil with an unmistakeable smokiness. Almost every smoked product on the market blends in liquid smoke. This was done the slower and purer way. No additives or chemicals. Wildly Virgin olive oils are made from a single producer, a single grove, and a single harvest. Nothing blended, nothing to hide.
