Sunshine Daydream™ Rose

Sunshine Daydream™ brings genuine warmth and brightness to the garden with a flower color that is hard to overlook. The large, fully double blooms open in a rich, sunny yellow that holds its color well without the fading to cream or white that plagues many yellow roses in summer heat — a quality that makes it consistently attractive from the first flush through the final blooms of the season. The fragrance is pleasant and moderately sweet, and the classic hybrid tea form at every stage of opening makes it as useful in a vase as it is in the border. Bred by Weeks Roses and an All-America Rose Selections winner, Sunshine Daydream™ backs up its good looks with solid garden performance. It maintains clean, attractive foliage through the season with good disease resistance, repeats reliably from late spring through fall, and carries itself on a sturdy, upright plant that integrates naturally into mixed borders and formal rose plantings alike. A dependable, cheerful rose that earns its keep without fuss. Highlights: Large, fully double rich yellow blooms with excellent color retention in summer heat Pleasant, moderately sweet fragrance Reliable repeat bloomer from late spring through fall Sturdy, upright habit suits mixed borders and formal plantings Good disease resistance — particularly strong black spot resistance All-America Rose Selections winner Outstanding cut flower with excellent vase life
