A bright and expressive fully washed Peaberry from Iyego Main Factory in Kirinyaga, Kenya, grown on the western slopes of Mount Kenya at 1,600–1,800 metres above sea level. The high altitude and cool mountain climate allow the cherries to mature slowly, creating a sweet, vibrant and beautifully balanced cup. This lot is made up of Peaberry, a distinctive form where a single rounded seed develops inside the cherry rather than the usual two flat-sided seeds. Expect lively notes of citrus, berry and brown sugar, with a juicy body and refreshing sweetness.
